Discoloured Water Reports in Comox

The Comox Valley Regional District recently increased flows in one of its water transmission mains to Comox and East Courtenay. This increase in flow disrupted sediment in parts of the system and caused discolouration of tap water in certain areas. The situation is temporary and it is expected to be resolved completely in the next 12 hours.
