HOW TO PAY YOUR 2020 PROPERTY TAXES
FOR THE TOWN OF COMOX
|**||Please note that Town Hall will NOT be open for paying taxes due to the COVID pandemic|
|*||Remember to claim your Homeowner's grant online when you receive your Tax Notice. Go to www.comox.ca|

|PAYMENT OPTION 1||Pay balance online through your financial institution by going to Bill Payments and setting up the Town of Comox as a payee. Use your Roll # found on your property tax notice as the account number.|
|PAYMENT OPTION 2||Unable to pay online? Pay in-person at the Comox Community Centre Gymnasium. 1855 Noel Ave., Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. - Open June 1 to July 2 for Property Tax Payments only. Cheques and debit cards accepted. Credit cards not accepted.|
In an attempt to limit physical interactions during this time we are encouraging online payment of taxes whenever possible.
If you choose Option 2 to pay in-person, please follow all public health recommendations for protecting yourself and others from the COVID-19 virus.

Please pay by the due date to avoid a 10% penalty on outstanding balances, including unclaimed home owner grants.
