Important information about booking facilities:
- Damage deposit is applicable for Auditorium Rentals of more than 4 hours ($250.00)
- A minimum of 2 hours janitorial costs @$35.00 will be charged for all rentals of over 200 persons
- HST is added to all rental fees. Figures above generally show the fee without (and with) HST
- Furniture rentals are $2.00 per table and $.50 per chair with a minimum of $20.00 for furniture
- One day constitutes 4 hours – over 4 hours on gym rental, customer automatically pays day rate
- An additional $35.00 per hour will be charged for bookings outside of regular hours of operation
- Maximum of 4 hours charged for staff to be called in
