Departments
Comox Town Hall has six departments, each with their own areas of responsibility.
Each Department is headed by a Manager. The Administrator and the Manager of each Department make up the Senior Management Team, which meets regularly to discuss operational issues of the Town. Team members identify potential solutions and make recommendations to Council on the various issues faced by each Department.
