May 19, 2020 Update:

Update on the Re-opening of your Comox Community Centre:

The BC Recreation and Parks Association, working on behalf of municipalities like Comox, will submit a plan to the Province that will form a road map to reopening public recreation. This is critical for us since there are so many unknowns. A universally accepted plan will ensure we meet the proper guidelines and expectations to offer recreation programs and services safely for staff and customers.

Comox Recreation is anxious and actively working to re-open but must do so responsibly. Thank you for your patience as we work toward a safe and comprehensive plan.

April 8, 2020 Update:

SPRING 2020 Recreation Program Cancellation

At this time, Comox Community Centre has decided to cancel the remainder of our Spring Recreation programs. Thank you for your patience and understanding as we work through this season and the ongoing concerns regarding Covid-19. With the health and well being of our employees, contractors and clients in mind, all registered and drop in programs between March 29th and June 28th, 2020 have been cancelled. Our staff will be starting to refund participants their full registration in the next few days. Fitness Studio memberships will continue to be on hold until we can resume operations.

Program registration refunds will be automatically issued to original credit card for online or over the phone registrations. Debit, Cash and in person credit card transactions will be issued as an account credit to be used for future payments. If you would like the account credit paid out by cheque and mailed to you, please contact us by phone or email. All memberships have currently been suspended as of March 17th and will be resumed at your first visit to the Community Centre once we reopen. Original duration of memberships will be honoured.

If you have any questions or concerns regarding your registrations, memberships or refunds, please contact us at 250-339-2255 or, Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 4:30pm.

Welcome to the Comox Community Centre!

We offer recreation programs, meeting spaces suitable for occasions big and small and Chimo Gymnastics, a non-profit gymnastics organization that operates within the Comox Community Centre.
