Signs in the Town of Comox are regulated by the Sign Bylaw No.1197, Consolidated.
As the Sign Bylaw lists a number of permitted and prohibited types of signs, businesses and property owners.
Sign permits can be obtained by filling out A100 BP application and submitting it to Town Hall along with the required permit fee listed in Schedule "B" of the sign bylaw. Please make sure that the information to accompany the permit application is complete prior to submission, refer to Schedule "A" of the sign bylaw.
