I/we, the undersigned, hereby apply for a Town of Comox Business Licence as hereinbefore outlines and declare that all statements made in the application are true and correct. I/we agree that should the licence applied for herein be granted, that I/we will abide by all bylaws now in force or which hereafter come into force in the Town of Comox. I/we understand that I/we understand that I/we cannot commence business until such time as a business licence has been approved and issued.   

Information collected on this application becomes part of the public record and may be released to the public in accordance with the Freedom of Protection of Privacy Act. Business contact information is not considered personal information.
